Colorado Genesis Phase 1A is a structured validation program designed to determine whether an integrated infrastructure approach can create stronger long-term outcomes than isolated investments.
WHAT SUCCESS COULD BECOME
Colorado Genesis is evaluating whether a more integrated infrastructure approach could ultimately support:
• Regional mobility corridors of approximately 500-1,000 miles connecting communities, economic centers, logistics networks, and future development opportunities.
• Large-scale hybrid energy systems of approximately 5-10 GW designed to support long-term economic growth, industrial development, and emerging infrastructure demands.
• Water manufacture infrastructure of approximately 1,000-5,000 ACF/day combined with large-scale subterranean storage systems that may ultimately provide up to 1 million ACF of strategic water reserves.
• Transit-oriented communities and economic development zones designed to align mobility, housing, workforce development, commerce, and long-term regional growth.
These concepts are illustrative development hypotheses and not project commitments.
Phase 1A is designed to determine whether these opportunities, or any portion of them, are technically, economically, legally, environmentally, and institutionally viable before significant development capital is deployed.
